By accessing, browsing, or using this website, and/or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
All products offered by the Company are made-to-order physical goods, including but not limited to printed materials, apparel, accessories, and collectible items. Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PAYMENT TERMS
All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
All purchases require full payment (100%) in advance at the time of checkout. No order will be processed, manufactured, or fulfilled until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Payments are securely processed through Square or other authorized payment processors. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the full amount of your order.
4. MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY (NO CANCELLATIONS)
All products are custom-produced upon order. As such:
- All sales are final
- No cancellations, modifications, or refunds are permitted once an order has been placed and payment has been processed
This policy is fundamental to our production model and constitutes a condition of purchase.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer free standard shipping within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
6. RETURNS AND LIMITED REMEDIES
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
However, in the event that a product is received damaged or defective, the customer must notify the Company within five (5) calendar days of delivery. Claims must include clear photographic evidence.
At our sole discretion, we may:
- Replace the defective item, or
- Provide an alternative resolution deemed appropriate
No refunds will be issued unless required by applicable law.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on this website, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, images, and product concepts, are the exclusive property of Mass Group Designers INC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
